• Refunds in advance the tax on purchases of basic necessities.
  
• Allows American products to compete fairly.
  
• Brings transparency and accountability to tax policy.
  
• Ensures Social Security and Medicare funding.
  
• Closes all loopholes and brings fairness to taxation.
  
• Abolishes the IRS
